Lol. Hi, no time no blogged on this blog. I supposed that I MIAed to long while trying to DotA whole day.

Back to topic, I'm here to settle many things that are off track of our class blog.
Firsty, Rui En, I returned the Admin previleges to you. I think you better remove other unwanted admins before they remove you.
Secondly, Samuel's post has been deleted, just in case that you think its is some random guy's post, I quradpled checked it and it REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY ~~REALLY~~(I SAID QUADRAPLE.) IS HIS poST. And Jun Xiang is his chinese name, while Jun XIONG, is Chun Siong's chinese name written in HYPY.

Thirdly, msot of us will be like AFKing and not bothering/even FORGETING ABOUT THE CLASS BLOG, BTW, IF THEY CANT DECIDE UPON THE CLASS BLOG/GATHERING, TOO BAD (That sounded aabit TOO sadistic...) . But they'll have to come also even though they never decide for anything. Absentees will be serverely "punished" by us. (LOL?) We havent think of anything yet but we'll come up with something soon.

Fourthly, Class TEES? This thing has been delayed for like one year and our junior, 6C4'08 has one ALREADY. I'm not a T shirt designer or anything. But, i believe most people will have difficulty handing in money or ECT. to the money handler/Treasurer. People wont EVEN HAVE TIME TO collect/ wear, so therefore, let's forgo this idea.

HELLO, holiday greetings, Rui En here to post.

3 things, 3 paragraphs, 3 points. - Date/time, Activity, INFORM.

As you can see guys and, we aren't left with a lot of dates to choose from! The calendar at the left (apparently done by me, which explains the mess and clutter, but it's better than nothing right?!) only tells Qistina and my schedule! Please inform me of when you definitely CAN'T make it and which dates are you not sure about. We are left with very little time. Don't dilly dally(?) any further! Do you people seriously want a nice and memorable class gathering/outing/whatever? :(

ACTIVITY! From the suggestions of the tags, it seems like we don't really know what to do -.-. As much as anyone's enthusiastic about the gathering, what's the point if we aren't going to do something meaningful. Well, so far from the suggestions of your tags (5 people at most?), chalet/GO SOMEONE'S HOUSE to PARTY (xbox, ps*s, consoles, gaming, cardgames, eat, chat slack, movie, etc.) would be the most feasible(?). Provided that your parents allow you for the chalet or lets you go out.

Reasons being,

1. It's impossible to accomodate everybody if we were to catch a movie, and there's NO interaction, what's the point?

2. Bowling would be quite hard too, since I doubt everybody would enjoy the sport.

3. BBQ would require a lot of planning and work to be done.

4. I doubt anyone would agree to take a tour at the Zoo...

5. Science Centre, no offense, but what can we do there? o.o

6. Wild Wild Wet, I'm not sure if everyone would enjoy watersports/whatever you call it.

7. Not everyone knows and wanna ice skate. >.>
P.S I'm not trying to go against your ideas okay Wan Lin? Don't get my wrong. Just what I think/feel.

Apparently even without having to confirm, I'm SURE that not more than half the class even know WE HAVE A ~~FREAKING~~ class blog! =.=' Seriously... Spread the word people, how can we even have a class outing when we can't even inform the class. >.>

Okay, veryy long post. To cut long story short, inform us of your schedule(days available, not available, unsure of), decide on an activity/venue and spread the words to the others!

NVM, back to topic:

STOP MIAING *ASHAMED* (I did the same also...)

We've quite a number of things on the list to do for the class, including class tees, gatherings and blogging.

Firstly, class tees, each of us might need to pay some $$$ since there are 40 of us here we better do all the things in one go if not it'll be very very troblesome. Using less cheem language, we need to have 40 ppl's consent as it is a class thing and not any individuals unique T-Shirt.

Secondly, I don't see all of you blogging on this blog. I mean we need suggestions and ideas, at least tag on this blog. Only like 10 of us (EXCLUDING ME) are really REALLY engaged and enthu about this class blog thing. So just speak, we need more things coming from the 30 odd of you, rather than 10+ of us, SQUEEZING out our brain juices for others to enjoy.

And when we plan for gathering, please say whether you like it like this or like that. Gatherings are for everybody to ENJOY. Although we cant compromise everything, we shall do whatever we can.

Teachers' Day Gathering

Okay here's the final verdict ;D.

Go back to SQPS ASAP on 29/08/2008 to meet most of the people there IF YOU CAN. Will be fun with the Teachers' Day celebration atmosphere and stuff. Please leave a tag to inform everyone if you're going back on Friday so whoever else is going on Friday can arrange to meet with you.

For the others who unfortunately have something on on Friday, go back on any other days! For example, Yi Quan is going back on Wednesday, so anyone going on Wednesday can meet up and arrange to go back with him.

Another majority of us will be going back on Thursday.

So, yeah, you get my point! Just go back on anyday you can this week ;D. Everyday too if you want, hehe. The bad point is just that you can't meet everyone up on the same day. But whatever, main thing is to visit all the teachers especially Mrs. Lum and Mdm. Aisah (if she is off maternity leave already) yeah?!

p.s. I don't know if we will be allowed to go in -_-. The security guards are very troublesome, haha, good luck. Just try bargaining your way in.

Hello everybody ;D. As you SHOULD already know, Teachers' Day falls on 1 September every year but since it's a Saturday, Teachers' Day Celebration for most if not all schools is on 29 August 2008.

So just head back to SQPS right after your school's celebration okay? I mean, let's not forgive those wonderful teachers of ours in primary school right?! Not forcing you but just go back if you can lah, okay? I don't know much about Teachers' Day Celebration in SQPS, but just head back ASAP lest those annoying guards stop you from entering -_-.

I will just put a list here of those who confirmed that they can go and those who definitely cannot go.

UNLUCKILY, I CAN'T GO. What the shit ]: Have band practice which will be followed by some "My First Solo Recital" thing. (performing a solo piece in front of my band+sec 1 band parents)

So tired now, argh ]: Anyways, what is this! Gina and Yi Quan both informed you way before the June holidays and yesterday.

Ah, nevermind. I heard Claudia went back, good on you but I didn't get to see you.

Gina forgotten? -.- Yi Quan couldn't make it, plus I don't know what happened to all the rest of you.

Anyway, the whole thinged ended already, more or less when I got there so yeah. Was just chit-chat session with Calvin, Wei Shi and some 6B4 2008 booth tenders lahh. Ms. Sumathi slimmed down a lot, OMG. Do you know the school hall has GLASS doors instead too? HELLO EVERYONE. Somehow everyone kind of ignored Mrs. Lum on the tagboard?! (-.-'') Nonetheless, it's... official(?)! Mdm. Aisah gave birth to yet ANOTHER BABY GIRL on 6th June 2008, 8.18 PM, for those punters(is this how you spell it? ;X) go get your toto slips etc ready -.=.

Congratulations though [: Feeling so happy and glad haha. Well I don't know when we can see her, along with her newborn haha but yeah, it's a cause for joy!

HI...I'm here again...
I believe many of you are having your mid-year now, (PHEW...LUCKILLY I DON'T HAVE ANY...), so here are some "good" study tips..

1.Time management. Plan, plan, plan. Before finals begin, get out your calendar and schedule as much of your finals week as possible. Then stick with the schedule.

2.Schedule in study breaks. Don't plan to study non-stop for the next five days. You'll go insane, and you'll be too fried to do well on the exams. When you write your schedule, include short study breaks to help you recharge. You'll feel so much better and will be able to concentrate so much more. Here's some suggestions for great study breaks.

3.Schedule in sleep. Some people can function well on three hours of sleep a night. Most cannot. You'll do much better during exams if your mental state is good, and sleep is essential for this.
Exercise. There's no better source for stress relief. Just don't overdo it to the point that you're procrastinating heavily. Go for short, stress-relieving activities, like racquetball or a treadmill run. And don't underestimate the value of a brisk walk.

4.Prioritize. You have limited time to study and will have to choose what to spend the most time with. You could spend hours and hours on that math exam because if you do really well, you might be able to pull of a C. Or you can spend hours and hours on a history exam because if you do well, you've got a good shot at an A. It's up to you.
Form effective study groups. Just don't waste your time with lousy ones. Here are some tips for effective study groups.

5.Free your schedule. As much as possible, eliminate other responsibilities. Work fewer hours. Put off social events. Definitely put off shopping.

6.Ask your teacher for help. If you're confused about your notes or the readings, go to the resident expert. This works much better if you don't put off studying until the last minute. It's a good idea to read through all of your notes before you start to study, so that you can inquire early about things that confuse you.

Anyway how's class tests so far? I failed my Geography and Mathematics class tests, LOL. Meh nothing much to say about me, you know me, the greatest slacker on earth. Well don't follow my footsteps, mug hard, do well, and you will never regret it. Very important, especially for those who didn't went to the school of their choice, work hard now! There's a 'revival round' when you're sec 2! (:

It's so boring these 2 days, having home-based learning, still remember the e-learning in shuqun, moodle crashed, AHAHAHA.

Ok.... I noe this blog is kind of dead.... so I'm here to suggest something to make it "alive"....

1. How about having a class-fund. Ok... it works out like this, for any gathering or outing, each of us must contribute an amount of money. So if there is any money left in the end, it will go to the class-fund, and for any outing, we can use the money to waive off some money off each person. So its something like this.

The next few is abit lame..... so I suggested it out of the fun of it.... (BTW.... Seriously... whocares....)

2.Maybe we can hold inter-class games to bond stronger ties within classmates.
3.Or we can tutor each other in our schoolwork.... (OK this is really lame enugh...)
4. If not we can profile everybody in the blog....
5.Or else recreate an ex-class comittee....

So pls tell anybody i/c of the class outings / blog if you want any of the ideas above.....
